Hi! I'm Kristina.
I believe every transition changes us.
Whether we are grieving the death of someone we love, navigating divorce, stepping into leadership, receiving a life-changing diagnosis, or simply finding ourselves in a season we never expected, transitions shape who we become.
My work is centered on helping individuals, organizations, and communities navigate those moments with compassion, connection, and hope. I believe no one should have to move through life's hardest seasons alone.
My perspective comes from both professional experience and personal lived experience.
As a registered nurse, nonprofit executive, speaker, and founder, I've spent more than two decades walking alongside people during some of life's most significant transitions. I've worked in hospice and palliative care, community health, nonprofit leadership, and organizational development—supporting individuals, families, teams, and communities through change, growth, grief, and healing.
Long before grief became part of my professional life, it shaped my personal one.
My dad died from leukemia when I was nine years old. Since then, I've experienced the loss of grandparents, godparents, beloved pets, friendships, my marriage, and aspects of my own health after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my twenties.
None of these experiences define me, but together they have taught me something important:
We are not meant to return to who we were before life's transitions.
We are continually becoming.
Kristina currently serves as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care, where she works closely with healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to advance high-quality care and support for individuals facing serious illness, death, and grief. Through this work, she has developed a strong reputation for collaborative leadership, thoughtful problem solving, and bringing diverse stakeholders together around shared goals. Kristina is also the founder of Red Drop Resources, a non-profit organization working to meet the non-medical needs of patients and families battling blood cancers.
Whether I'm facilitating a workshop, supporting a grieving family, helping a nonprofit strengthen its operations, or sitting across from someone trying to make sense of life's next chapter, my hope is always the same:
That people leave feeling seen.
Heard.
Connected.
And reminded that they don't have to navigate change alone.

Speaking, Workshops, & Support
Speaking & Workshops
This is one of my favorite places to be. Speaking to groups and leading workshops is truly where I find joy. Below I have listed some recent work I have done and I am always coming up with new ideas. Share your event or group gathering and together we can come up with a session or session(s) that is meaningful and full of impact.
Individual Support & Thought Partner
I have leaned on many others over the years to receive support and guidance throughout my own personal and professional journey. Today, I look to do the same for others by making space to be a thought-partner and conduit for processing through transitions. For individuals in a new job, going through a relationship transition, experiencing a loss, or navigating changes in health, together we can work on who you are becoming.
